Process
Five stages, in the right order.
Most studios work in five stages. The names are not the interesting part. The interesting part is what changes between them, and what we refuse to rush.

01
Stage one
Discover
We start by listening. A site visit, a long conversation, the brief in your words first. Most of the important decisions are made here, before anything is drawn.
02
Stage two
Concept
A single direction, proposed clearly. Loose plans, reference imagery, a material palette held to a small list. You see one well-resolved idea, not five half-resolved ones.
03
Stage three
Develop
We test the concept against budget, build, and lifestyle. Plans tighten, material samples come in, the joinery starts to take shape on paper.
04
Stage four
Document
Working drawings, finishes schedules, joinery documentation — the package a builder needs to price and build without guessing.
05
Stage five
Deliver
Site visits, decisions made in the room, the final material call-ups. We stay close to the build until the keys turn.
